You enter the apartment into a comfortable hallway area.
Two rooms of about the same size, each 21m², face the front of the house.
The 3rd with about 15m² somewhat smaller room accessible through the hallway behind the kitchen.
The small balcony facing west is accessible from the small hallway area behind the kitchen and can be used by all residents.
The kitchen is very spacious and therefore the perfect eat-in kitchen for cooking together and being together.
The bathroom large and modern tiled in white, with bathtub and separate shower tray and 2 sinks and a window.
And in addition there is a separate guest toilet.
A cellar compartment does not belong to the apartment.
Location
In the heart of Wiesbaden, in the immediate vicinity of the Fresenius University, lies Karlstraße.
The apartment is well connected to the main train station and the B54.
In the immediate vicinity are several stores for daily needs, a shopping center and a gym. Also for culinary variety is provided around the Karlstraße.
Wiesebaden is a very green city and offers not only the beautiful Kurpark, but also small green oases such as the nearby Reisinger-Anlage, which invite you to linger.
