Frequently Asked Questions


All of our rooms / apartments can be rented from a rental period of 3 months (minimum rental period).
The minimum rental period results from the existing legal situation and the requirements of the city of Frankfurt and therefore can not be fall short of.

During the handover one of our employees will meet you at the agreed time in front of the property you want to move into. Our employee will then lead you to your rented apartment / room and fill out the handover protocol together with you and give you the keys. In this protocol, all objects in the apartment / room and their condition are recorded, as well as any previous damage. As the protocol is filled out digitally, you will receive a copy of it to your email address immediately after filling it out. Finally, our staff will show you all the other rooms that are important to you and give you all the information you need for the duration of your rental period.

In the event of returning your room / apartment a date will be agreed in advance on which the return should take place. We try to respond to the wishes of our tenants as best we can. At the agreed time, one of our employees will appear at your apartment / room and fill out the return protocol together with you. As with the handover, what is in the room and in what condition it is digitally recorded again. Any damage is also recorded in the return log to enable a comparison with the condition at the time of handover.

No, we currently do not offer parking spaces. Of course, there are public parking spaces in front of our properties that can be used.

Yes, the cancellation period is 2 months to the end of the month. However, the minimum rental period of 3 months still applies.

Yes, we will issue you a confirmation of the accommodation provider (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) at the handover of your new apartment / room. You can then use this to register at the city of Frankfurt.

Yes, of course you can have a look at the apartments / rooms in advance. A viewing via video call is also possible.

No, the administration fee has to be paid once and is valid for a maximum of 6 months.

The amount of the deposit is usually one month’s rent and must be paid before moving in.

You will receive your deposit back after the end of your lease and a proper return of your room / apartment without damage within 3 months.

No, it is not possible to get to know the residents in advance.

Our residents are usually students who are completing their internships, young professionals or project-related employees.
