What happens after booking?

Our colleagues will contact you in good time to make an appointment with you to hand over the room. Sudden bookings are not a problem for us. The deposit, the administration fee and the first rent must be paid before the room is handed over. Of course you will also receive this information together with the booking confirmation.

When the room is handed over on the agreed date, a We rooms employee will provide you with all the helpful information and fill out a handover report with you to check that the room or apartment is in a perfect condition. You will also receive your keys.
Now just unpack your suitcase and feel good!

Is your time in Frankfurt am Main already over?

We are sorry that you have to leave Frankfurt and your home for a while. Our team will usually contact you 2 weeks before you move out to make an appointment to take back the room or apartment. As part of the return process, a protocol will be filled out again with you. You will receive your deposit back within 2 weeks of moving out. We look forward to see you again!
