The entire 2nd floor of the rear building (lift included), where the flat is located, was completely refurbished by us at the end of 2018 and a total of 23 fully furnished flats are now available on the split-level floor.
The equipment of the flat includes a spacious bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV, bedside table, desk, desk chair, bed linen (pillow 80×80, duvet 140×200) and the matching bed linen. In addition, each flat has its own single kitchen including induction hobs and fridge and a private bathroom with shower and WC.
In addition, each flat on the floor is equipped with its own WLAN router with a 6,000 kbit/s line.
In the public areas of the floor there are a total of 3 coin-operated tumble dryers for the shared use of all residents on the floor.
The second floor is also professionally cleaned twice a week in the communal areas.
