This is only accessible to the tenants of the house using a locking system and the video intercom system installed in each apartment offers additional privacy.
Ideal for shorter stays of at least 3 months as well as for long-term rentals. Enough space for both singles and couples!
Furnishing
The chic 2-room apartments have spacious floor plans. The high rooms convey a modern old building feeling.
Fitted kitchens that are openly integrated into the living room, already including all dishes, are of a high standard, just like the modern shower rooms.
Each apartment is elegantly and chicly furnished with a comfortable seating and dining area, fitted kitchen, a large comfortable bed, spacious wardrobe, flat screen TV, desk with chair and other homely accessories.
Bedding, bed linen and a set of towels are also provided.
The W-LAN is already included here. The electricity is registered by each resident himself.
Miele washing machines and dryers are located in the basement for shared use by all tenants. Use and payment run through the provider “WeWash”.
For bicycles there is a general bicycle room in the basement.

The apartment house is located in the heart of Frankfurt. Almost all offices in the banking district can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
In the immediate vicinity are the theatres, the opera and the shopping districts such as Zeil, Freßgass, Goethestrasse and Opernplatz are not far away. Of course, fitness studios are also within easy walking distance.
The banks of the Main in Frankfurt are also just around the corner: jogging, cycling or just relaxing.
Not to forget all shops for daily needs as well as bars and restaurants in large numbers in the immediate vicinity.
