The rooms are modernly furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk, desk chair, bedding (pillow 80×80, duvet 140×200) and matching bed linen. In addition, the shared flat has centralised free WiFi access (50,000 kBit/s) for all residents.
Only a few minutes’ walk from the lower Berger Straße, the underground station “Merianplatz” offers a direct connection to the city centre. All shops for daily needs and a wide range of restaurants on Berger Strasse are just around the corner.

The deposit is 2 months’ rent, which must be paid when renting a room and will be refunded after the room has been returned in good condition.
A one-off administration fee of € 250 is payable for all properties.
The tenancy agreement is for an indefinite period, with a notice period of 3 months.
