The newly renovated apartment is in a quiet yet central location just a few minutes’ walk from supermarkets and public transport. The Schweizer Platz subway station is only a 3-minute walk away and the Südbahnhof S-Bahn station is an 8-minute walk away.
Furthermore, the Main River with its many bars, restaurants and museums along the banks of the Main is in the immediate vicinity.
The popular nightlife district of Altsachsenhausen with numerous bars, pubs and typical Hessian restaurants is also in the immediate vicinity.
The floor is laid with high-quality oak parquet and the walls are smooth white plastered.
The apartment has a Frankfurt bathroom, i.e. the WC is in a separate room and the shower is located (out of sight) near the kitchen.
There is also a modern fitted kitchen in white including fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, sink and various upper and lower cupboards. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
The bathroom and kitchen are for communal use. Residents also have access to a cleaning cupboard with a vacuum cleaner, mop, cleaning products and an ironing board.

The all-inclusive monthly rents vary depending on location, room size, single or double bed size, rental period and time period, so it is always worth contacting us and inquiring about the current offers.
All properties have the same conditions regarding the deposit, which must be paid before renting a room and will be refunded by us after the room has been properly returned.
A one-off administration fee of € 250 (valid for a maximum of 6 months) is also standardized in all properties.
