Exclusively furnished shared flat – in the middle of the station district
The entire 3rd floor of the rear building (elevator included), where the “all inclusive” room is located, was completely renovated by us in 2018 and now a total of 6 rooms are available on the left floor.
The equipment of the room includes a spacious bed, closet, flat screen TV, bedside table, desk, desk chair, bedding (pillow 80×80, comforter 140×200) and the matching bed linen.
In addition, each room on the floor is equipped with its own WLAN router with a 6,000 kBit/s line.
In the shared apartment there is a fully equipped open kitchen area with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and seating for the shared use of all residents. There is also a large side-by-side fridge-freezer.
In addition, there are 2 bathrooms with shower and WC for the shared use of all residents. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are also provided.
The third floor is professionally cleaned twice a week in the communal areas.
In addition, we provide a bicycle storage room in the inner courtyard of Taunusstraße. (No assumption of liability)
The location is very central, 250m from the main train station, directly in Frankfurt’s Bahnhofsviertel, all banks are right on the doorstep or in the immediate vicinity.
The Bahnhofsviertel in Frankfurt is the absolute trendy district with a perfect connection to all public transportation, a mix of multicultural society, which also includes the traditional red light district.
Many bars, clubs, cafés, restaurants and all shopping facilities can be found right on the doorstep. The river Main / Mainufer with its green spaces invites you to relax in the immediate vicinity.

The all-inclusive monthly rents vary depending on location, room size, single or double bed size, rental period and time period, so it is always worth contacting us and inquiring about the current offers.
The conditions regarding the deposit are the same for all properties, which must be paid before renting a room and will be refunded by us after the room has been properly returned
A one-off administration fee of € 250,- (valid for a maximum of 6 months) is also standardized in all properties.
