Modern shared flat – in the middle of the main station area
The complete 6th floor of the residential house (elevator available), in which the “all inclusive” room is located, was completely renovated by us in 2019 and now 6 rooms are available for the residents on the whole floor.
The equipment of each room includes a spacious bed, an open wardrobe, flat screen TV, bedside table, desk, desk chair, bed linen (pillow 80×80, duvet 140×200) and the matching bed covers.
In addition, each room on the floor is equipped with its own WIFI router with 6,000 kBit/s cable line. In the shared flat there is an open kitchen area completely furnished with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils with electric cooker, dishwasher, as well as seating for the common use of all residents.
The inhabitants have a large fridge-freezer and 2 bathrooms with shower and WC for the shared use of all shared flat residents. A modern coin-operated tumble dryer is also available.
The entire floor is professionally cleaned twice a week in the communal areas. The location is very central, 300m away from the main station, directly in the Frankfurt railway station area, all banks are directly in front of the front door or in direct proximity.
Frankfurt’s Bahnhofsviertel is the absolute trendy district with a perfect connection to all public transport, a mix of multicultural society, including the traditional red light milieu. Many bars, clubs, cafés, restaurants and all shopping facilities are right on our doorstep.
The river Main with its green areas invites you to relax in the near vicinity.
