On the 1st floor of this pretty old building we have a complete floor with a total area of approx. 135m² available.
There are a total of 6 rooms here, divided into 1 single and 5 double rooms. The apartment has 1 large bathroom with bathtub and shower and an additional smaller bathroom with shower and WC. The kitchen is a cozy eat-in kitchen that invites you to eat together.
The room equipment consists of a bed, closet, bedside table, desk, desk chair, bedding (pillow 80×80, comforter 140×200) and the matching bed linen. In addition, the shared flat has central free WLAN access (50,000 kBit/s) for all residents.
The house is located in the center of Alt Fechenheim. This means that all stores for daily needs are right on the doorstep. The Main riverbank is less than 5 minutes away on foot and offers the opportunity to jog, relax, cycle and in summer the cycle path to Frankfurt city center is certainly a great alternative to public transport.
The deposit is 2 months’ rent, which must be paid when renting a room and will be refunded after the room has been returned in good condition.
A one-off administration fee of € 250 is payable for all properties.
The tenancy agreement is for an indefinite period, with a notice period of 3 months.
