The floor with high-quality oak parquet, the walls smooth white plastered and the bathroom in chic modern concrete look with shower and bathtub equipped for the then maximum 4 residents for common use. The toilet is located in the separate room opposite. A modern fitted kitchen including fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and various upper and lower cabinets, which the residents can then share in the WG, also the basic equipment of crockery and cutlery is of course available.
The 4 rooms have different sizes, one single bed room (1.20m bed) and 3 double bed rooms for single use, these are equipped with box spring beds (1.40m). All rooms are equipped with closet, desk, mirror, TV and home accessories. Free W-LAN for all WG residents with 500.000 kBit/s is also included.
The fifth floor is professionally cleaned once a week in the common areas.

Münchener Straße is located in Frankfurt’s Bahnhofsviertel (also known as the red light district) and is currently one of the trendiest locations in the city, with all stores for daily needs virtually on the doorstep, as well as many trendy bars and restaurants. The large banks and auditing firms or management consultancies are also mostly within walking distance, but in any case very quickly, by public transport.
