You enter the apartment into a comfortable hallway area.

Two rooms of about the same size, each 21m², face the front of the house.

The 3rd with about 15m² somewhat smaller room accessible through the hallway behind the kitchen.

The small balcony facing west is accessible from the small hallway area behind the kitchen and can be used by all residents.

The kitchen is very spacious and therefore the perfect eat-in kitchen for cooking together and being together.

The bathroom large and modern tiled in white, with bathtub and separate shower tray and 2 sinks and a window.

And in addition there is a separate guest toilet.

A cellar compartment does not belong to the apartment.

In the heart of Wiesbaden, in the immediate vicinity of the Fresenius University, lies Karlstraße.
